Job summary

MIX Market Integrated Xploration Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a diligent Cashier/Remittance Clerk at our Head Office in Bulaon, San Fernando, Pampanga.

You will collect and remit cash from logistics and agents, perform manual counting, verify remittance forms, check receipts for backloads and cancellations, and ensure timely deposits. Submit receipts and reports to Accounts Payable, extend overtime when required, and encode transactions in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collect and remit cash from logistics and agents.
• Perform manual counting and checking of cash and cheques.
• Verify remittance forms submitted by logistics personnel and agents.
• Check customer receipts for backloads, cancellations, redeliveries, and returned items.
• Verify receipts based on payment methods (delivered cash, cheque upon delivery, returned items, or store pick-up transactions).
• Report concerns and issues to the Audit and Logistics Supervisor.
• Ensure timely deposit of all collected cash remittances.
• Reimbursed expenses.
• Issue gate passes upon completion of logistics remittance.
• Recount all remitted cash and securely encode all transactions in Excel.
• Submit all trust receipts, sales invoices, and collection receipts, including remittance forms and reports, to the Accounts Payable team for proper posting of payments.

Working Hours :

6:00am - 3:00pm/09:00am - 06:00pm (Monday -Saturday)

Overtime:

Willing to extend working hours when required.
