Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking field sales personnel to promote HC Credit Card and related products at partner retail locations. You will engage customers, explain card benefits, and guide applicants through the application process while maintaining a professional store presence.

The role involves field work at designated stores, with direct hire status and regular employment. No previous experience required, but prior sales exposure is a plus, and a high school diploma or vocational course

Qualifications

• High school graduate required; vocational course acceptable.
• No prior work experience needed, but sales/frontline/field experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote HC Credit Card and other key products at designated stores and partner retail POS.
• Represent HC in a professional manner to maintain a positive image at the store.
• Explain HC Credit Card features and rewards to customers; answer questions confidently.
• Assist customers in completing credit applications per internal policies.
• Prepare client documentation and collect information using the system.
• Keep the kiosk and work area presentable and fully functional.
• Protect and preserve company equipment.

Job description

As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:

• Involves FIELD WORK. Proactive selling and promoting of HC Credit Card and other key products
• Keep good image of HC at designated stores / site assigned partner retail POS
• Approach and be able to offer HC Credit Card to all potential clients in-store
• Excellent familiarity with the HC Credit Card and other key products
• Must be able to explain the HC Credit Card features and rewards
• Confidently answer questions and concerns from clients regarding HC Credit Card
• Assist and guide customers to complete the application for consumer finance products in accordance with internal policies and procedures and provide professional services
• Prepare clients documentation, collecting information and working with the system
• Keep working place presentable and fully functional (HC Kiosk)
• Preserve and protect the equipment supplied by the company

You know you are the perfect fit if you have the following:

• At least High School Graduate, finished Grade 10 or Vocational Course graduate
• No work experience required but having sales/frontline/field experience is a PLUS (e.g. Retail, Sales Lady/Man, Merchandiser, Field Sales)
