Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking new field personnel to proactively promote the HC Credit Card and key products at partner stores. You will approach customers, explain features, and guide them through the application process while keeping the store area neat and presentable.

The role emphasizes on-site customer engagement, strong communication, and the ability to work at designated retail sites. Full-time position with regular employment benefits.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or vocational course completed.
• No work experience required, but sales/frontline/field experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Involves field work, proactive selling and promoting HC Credit Card and other key products.
• Maintain good image of Home Credit at designated stores and partner retail POS.
• Approach potential clients in-store and offer HC Credit Card.
• Explain HC Credit Card features and rewards to customers.
• Assist customers with the application for consumer finance products according to policies.
• Prepare client documentation and collect information needed for the system.

As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:

• Involves FIELD WORK. Proactive selling and promoting of HC Credit Card and other key products
• Keep good image of HC at designated stores / site assigned partner retail POS
• Approach and be able to offer HC Credit Card to all potential clients in-store
• Excellent familiarity with the HC Credit Card and other key products
• Must be able to explain the HC Credit Card features and rewards
• Confidently answer questions and concerns from clients regarding HC Credit Card
• Assist and guide customers to complete the application for consumer finance products in accordance with internal policies and procedures and provide professional services
• Prepare clients documentation, collecting information and working with the system
• Keep working place presentable and fully functional (HC Kiosk)
• Preserve and protect the equipment supplied by the company

You know you are the perfect fit if you have the following:

• At least High School Graduate, finished Grade 10 or Vocational Course graduate
• No work experience required but having sales/frontline/field experience is a PLUS (e.g. Retail, Sales Lady/Man, Merchandiser, Field Sales)
