Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is hiring for a field sales role in Cebu City. The candidate will promote HC Credit Card and other key products at designated stores, engage potential clients in-store, and provide guidance through the application process. A presentable appearance and strong product knowledge are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• FIELD WORK: Proactively selling and promoting HC Credit Card and other key products.
• Maintain a good image of HC at designated stores and partner retail POS.
• Approach and offer HC Credit Card to potential in-store clients.
• Demonstrate strong familiarity with HC Credit Card and related products.
• Explain HC Credit Card features and rewards to customers.
• Answer client questions and concerns regarding HC Credit Card.
• Assist customers with applications for consumer finance products per internal policies.
• Prepare client documentation and coordinate information in the system.
• Keep the workspace presentable and functional (HC Kiosk).
• Preserve and protect company equipment.

As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:

• Involves FIELD WORK. Proactive selling and promoting of HC Credit Card and other key products
• Keep good image of HC at designated stores / site assigned partner retail POS
• Approach and be able to offer HC Credit Card to all potential clients in-store
• Excellent familiarity with the HC Credit Card and other key products
• Must be able to explain the HC Credit Card features and rewards
• Confidently answer questions and concerns from clients regarding HC Credit Card
• Assist and guide customers to complete the application for consumer finance products in accordance with internal policies and procedures and provide professional services
• Prepare clients documentation, collecting information and working with the system
• Keep working place presentable and fully functional (HC Kiosk)
• Preserve and protect the equipment supplied by the company

You know you are the perfect fit if you have the following:

• At least High School Graduate, finished Grade 10 or Vocational Course graduate
• No work experience required but having sales/frontline/field experience is a PLUS (e.g. Retail, Sales Lady/Man, Merchandiser, Field Sales)
