Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a motivated field sales representative to promote the HC Credit Card and other key products at partner stores and retail locations. You will approach potential clients in-store, explain card features and rewards, and guide them through the application process with the necessary documentation.

No prior work experience is required, but background in sales/frontline roles is a plus.

Qualifications

• High SchoolGraduate or Vocational course completion is required.
• Sales/frontline/field experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Involves field work: proactively selling and promoting HC Credit Card and other key products.
• Represent HC at designated stores and partner retail POS; explain features and rewards of HC Credit Card.
• Assist customers to complete applications for consumer finance products according to internal policies; prepare documentation.

Job description

As part of our growth, your tasks will be the following:

• Involves FIELD WORK. Proactive selling and promoting of HC Credit Card and other key products
• Keep good image of HC at designated stores / site assigned partner retail POS
• Approach and be able to offer HC Credit Card to all potential clients in-store
• Excellent familiarity with the HC Credit Card and other key products
• Must be able to explain the HC Credit Card features and rewards
• Confidently answer questions and concerns from clients regarding HC Credit Card
• Assist and guide customers to complete the application for consumer finance products in accordance with internal policies and procedures and provide professional services
• Prepare clients documentation, collecting information and working with the system
• Keep working place presentable and fully functional (HC Kiosk)
• Preserve and protect the equipment supplied by the company

You know you are the perfect fit if you have the following:

• At least High School Graduate, finished Grade 10 or Vocational Course graduate
• No work experience required but having sales/frontline/field experience is a PLUS (e.g. Retail, Sales Lady/Man, Merchandiser, Field Sales)
