Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a field sales-minded individual to promote HC Credit Card at partner stores and deliver excellent customer service. You will engage potential clients in-store, explain card benefits, and guide them through the application process in line with internal guidelines.

The role emphasizes field work, presentation, and maintaining a professional kiosk environment while protecting company equipment. Prior experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate, finished Grade 10 or Vocational Course graduate.
• No work experience required but having sales/frontline/field experience is a PLUS (e.g. Retail, Sales Lady/Man, Merchandiser, Field Sales).

• Prepare clients documentation, collecting information and working with the system.
• Keep working place presentable and fully functional (HC Kiosk).
• Preserve and protect the equipment supplied by the company.

• Must be able to explain the HC Credit Card features and rewards
• Confidently answer questions and concerns from clients regarding HC Credit Card
• Assist and guide customers to complete the application for consumer finance products in accordance with internal policies and procedures and provide professional services
• Prepare clients documentation, collecting information and working with the system
• Keep working place presentable and fully functional (HC Kiosk)
• Preserve and protect the equipment supplied by the company
