Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a field sales promoter to proactively promote HC Credit Card and other key products at partner stores. You will represent the brand in-store, approach potential clients, and guide them through the application process while maintaining a professional image and organized work area.

The role emphasizes frontline sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to explain card features and rewards to customers.

Qualifications

• High School graduate (Grade 10 or vocational) required.
• No work experience required, but sales/frontline/field experience is a plus.

• Prepare clients documentation, collecting information and working with the system.
• Keep working place presentable and fully functional (HC Kiosk).
• Preserve and protect the equipment supplied by the company.

• Involves FIELD WORK. Proactive selling and promoting of HC Credit Card and other key products
• Keep good image of HC at designated stores / site assigned partner retail POS
• Approach and be able to offer HC Credit Card to all potential clients in-store
• Excellent familiarity with the HC Credit Card and other key products
• Must be able to explain the HC Credit Card features and rewards
• Confidently answer questions and concerns from clients regarding HC Credit Card
• Assist and guide customers to complete the application for consumer finance products in accordance with internal policies and procedures and provide professional services
• Prepare clients documentation, collecting information and working with the system
• Keep working place presentable and fully functional (HC Kiosk)
• Preserve and protect the equipment supplied by the company

You know you are the perfect fit if you have the following:

• At least High School Graduate, finished Grade 10 or Vocational Course graduate
• No work experience required but having sales/frontline/field experience is a PLUS (e.g. Retail, Sales Lady/Man, Merchandiser, Field Sales)
