Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Credit Card Business Analytics Officer to design, develop, and deploy dashboards and reporting used by management to monitor profitability and volume for the Mass Retail Segment.

The role focuses on enabling data-driven market, financial, portfolio, and customer behavior analysis to support strategy and growth across Unsecured Lending, Cards, and BanKo businesses. Strong data skills and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, math, economics, data science, or engineering.
• Experience in data management, risk modeling, or analytics in a consumer lending context.
• Proficient with SAS, Python, VBA, Tableau and related analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy business dashboards and MIS reporting for management.
• Leverage internal and external data to analyze industry and customer trends for growth opportunities.
• Provide data analysis for program validation and enhancement initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity and deliver timely MIS reports for multiple business teams.
• Collaborate with Data Management on data requirements to support MIS and analytics tools.
