Job summary

The Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) seeks a Credit Card Business Analytics Officer to design and deploy dashboards and reporting for Mass Retail analytics. You will enable data-driven market, financial, and customer behavior insights to drive strategy.

You will work with SAS, Python, Excel, and Tableau to ensure data integrity and deliver timely MIS for Unsecured Lending, Cards, and related business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science or Engineering.
• Experience in data management, analytics or risk modeling in consumer lending.
• Proficient in SAS, Python, VBA and Tableau, with data-driven insight ability.
• Analytical and good problem-solving skills with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and deploys dashboards and MIS for management.
• Analyzes industry and customer trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Validates campaigns and programs with data-driven insights for optimization.
• Maintains data integrity and delivers timely MIS for multiple teams.
• Collaborates with Data Management to source data and analytical tools.
