Job summary

Cebu Pacific Air is seeking a Treasury professional for the Finance team, based in Pasay with hybrid flexibility. The role leads Passenger Accounts operations and analysts, and supports credit/collection improvement projects within a dynamic airline environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a supervisory capacity, a Finance-related degree, and strong MS Office (SAP a plus). The position is probationary, offering healthcare and travel perks.

Primary Responsibilities

• In-charge of the operational activities of the team handling Passenger Accounts (Agents, Corporate and Government).
• Manage the team of analysts handling Passenger Accounts.
• Assist in projects related to Credit and Collection for business process improvement.
• Participate in onboarding and termination of accounts.
• Participate in handling collection issues.
• Participate in handling credit line management.
• Prepare reports for Passenger Accounts.
• Coordinate with Accounting team on any AR-related audit requirement.

Basic Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year Finance-related course preferably Accountancy.
• Must have at least 2 years of work experience in a supervisory role
• Must have at least a background in Credit and Collection
• Must be proficient in MS Office Applications and preferably with SAP system experience
• Background in airline business is an advantage.

This position will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
