Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational activities of Passenger Accounts team.
• Lead analysts handling Passenger Accounts.
• Assist in Credit and Collection improvement projects.
• Support onboarding and termination of accounts.
• Handle collection issues.
• Oversee credit line management.
• Prepare Passenger Accounts reports.
• Coordinate with Accounting on AR audits.
