Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Credit Analyst to support credit assessment, portfolio monitoring, valuation, and investment analysis activities in Manila. The role targets an analytical finance professional proficient in evaluating investment and credit opportunities and reviewing underwriting materials.

Responsibilities include conducting detailed credit and financial analysis, applying valuation methodologies such as DCF, and monitoring portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in credit analysis, investment analysis, valuation, portfolio monitoring, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with valuation.
• Experience with portfolio monitoring.
• Experience using valuation methodologies including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF).
• Strong experience in Credit Ratio Analysis.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed credit and financial analysis of companies, borrowers, and investment opportunities.
• Perform credit ratio analysis to assess financial strength, leverage, liquidity, profitability, cash flow, and debt servicing capacity.
• Support valuation analysis using appropriate valuation methodologies.
• Apply valuation approaches including: Discounted Cash Flow (DCF).
• Monitor investment and credit portfolios, identifying key financial, operational, and credit developments.
• Review and analyze underwriting materials, including investment memoranda, credit agreements, and other key due diligence documentation.
• Evaluate financial and business information to identify key credit risks, investment considerations, and potential areas of concern.
• Support ongoing portfolio monitoring and review changes in financial performance, leverage, liquidity, and other relevant credit metrics.
• Analyze financial information and supporting documentation to assess the creditworthiness and investment profile of companies and transactions.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather information, validate analysis, and support investment and credit-related decisions.
• Conduct research and analysis to support investment, credit, valuation, and portfolio management activities.
• Present analytical findings clearly and concisely to relevant stakeholders.
