Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking an analyst to join our Credit investment team, supporting underwriting, ongoing monitoring, and valuation of portfolio company investments across our Credit funds. This role collaborates with deal teams and the Valuation group from onboarding to exit, translating credit and legal docs into clear conclusions.

The role is based in Pasay with hybrid setup (2-4x per month). Candidates need 5+ years in credit/PE, advanced Excel, Power BI and Chronograph familiarity, and strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in credit, private credit, investment banking, or private equity.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formula-driven models; familiarity with Power BI and Chronograph is a plus.
• Working knowledge of credit and capital structure concepts (leverage multiples, coverage ratios, covenants) and standard valuation methods (DCF, comparables).
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize legal and financial documentation into clear investment conclusions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and sound judgment for investor-facing work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce clear memos and collaborate with deal teams and valuation.
• Ability to manage multiple portfolio companies and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust financial models with capital structure, key performance metrics, and credit ratio analysis for assigned portfolio companies.
• Review underwriting materials and credit agreements to understand business structure and investment thesis.
• Monitor ongoing performance and events, updating models monthly or quarterly and preparing summaries.
• Provide regular updates to senior Analysts and participate in internal portfolio review meetings.
• Onboard new deals and integrate with the firm’s tech stack (Power BI, Chronograph) to track entry metrics.
