Job summary

A7 Recruitment Corporation is seeking a strong Credit Analyst in Cebu City to review credit applications, monitor portfolio risk, and support policy improvements. The role requires 3–5 years in credit analysis and at least 2 years in leadership, with solid Excel and analytical skills.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Collections to ensure compliant credit decisions, while preparing reports and dashboards for management review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in credit analysis, credit risk management, or underwriting.
• 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate credit applications to ensure policy and risk standard compliance.
• Monitor portfolio quality, exposures, and risk indicators to minimize defaults.
• Conduct credit analysis and recommend credit decisions and limits.
• Ensure timely processing of credit applications and approvals.
• Support implementation and improvement of credit policies and procedures.
• Analyze credit trends and portfolio performance for risk management insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Collections on credit management.
• Prepare credit reports, portfolio analyses, and dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations.
• Lead, coach, and develop the credit team to meet objectives.
