Citi is hiring a Senior Credit Analyst in Manila to deliver high-quality credit analysis and underwriting support for a U.S. commercial portfolio. You will work with senior credit professionals across the United States from Citi Plaza, Taguig, Philippines, blending global risk insights with local execution.

The role emphasizes financial analysis, documentation, and risk monitoring, with collaboration across Credit Officers, Relationship Managers, and Risk teams in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in credit analysis, underwriting, portfolio or risk management within commercial/corporate lending.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
• Ability to analyze financial statements, assess cash flows, and apply credit fundamentals.
• Clear written and verbal English communication for senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools to manage data accurately.
• Familiarity with credit risk policies and regulatory frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Assess end-to-end credit transactions: new facilities, amendments, annual reviews.
• Conduct financial analysis, cash flow assessments, and industry research.
• Prepare and maintain credit memos aligned with global standards.
• Monitor portfolio risk ratings, covenant compliance, and exposures.
• Ensure accurate credit classifications and a well-controlled lending environment.
• Coordinate with Credit Officers, Relationship Managers, and Risk functions.
• Contribute to process improvements in the credit workflow.
