MicroSourcing in Manila seeks a Credit Analyst for a hybrid, day-shift role at Eastwood, Quezon City. You will allocate incoming payments, verify remittance details, and maintain AR records in a high-volume setting.

Reporting to the Senior Accounts Receivable Officer, you’ll ensure accurate payment allocations, resolve discrepancies, and assist month-end activities. Strong Excel skills and reliability are essential to succeed in this position.

• Reviewing remittance advice and payment details

• Maintain accurate records of all payment allocations and adjustments
• Generate reports on payment allocation status and unapplied cash
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
• Identify process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency
• Ad hoc projects as required
• Managing Dropbox and distribution of emails to team members

Your Role

We are currently seeking Credit Analyst with a positive attitude to join our friendly and dynamic Finance Department. Reporting to the Senior Accounts Receivable Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for payment allocation of accounts receivable in a high volume and fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Extracting bank statement and allocating incoming customer payments accurately to the corresponding invoices or accounts in the accounting system to ensure that payments are properly recorded and reflected.
• Review and verify payment details such as remittance advice, payment amounts, and customer information.
• Resolve discrepancies or unapplied payments by investigating and communicating with customers or internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of all payment allocations and adjustments.
• Generate regular reports on payment allocation status and unapplied cash
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards during allocation and reconciliation.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in payment allocation.
• Ad hoc projects as require
• Managing Dropbox on regular basis and distribution of e-mails to relevant team members
