Job summary

Essor in Manila seeks a creator-centric influencer marketing lead to source and manage a three-tier creator network across ZitSticka, Tree of Life, and Rockin' Green. You will build nano, macro, and mega partnerships, edit content for multiple channels, and oversee an affiliate program while applying AI and data-driven workflows.

Your role includes scouting, outreach, contract management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and measurable impact.

Qualifications

2–4 years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management.
Hands-on with influencer discovery platforms (Upfluence, Grin, CreatorIQ) and ability to build filters and shortlists.
Proven track record closing barter and gifting collaborations.
Editing video in CapCut, InShot, Premiere, Rush, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Source and build a creator network across all Consumable brands (ZitSticka, Tree of Life, Rockin' Green).
Run tiered shortlisting cadences and manage monthly outreach.
Handle outreach and onboarding—DM, terms, close, system entry.
Maintain a live creator database with activity, alignment, and status tracking.
Push sourcing criteria forward by identifying new personas and trends.
Manage monthly budget and collaborate with brand managers and performance teams.
