Job summary

Hepmil Philippines is seeking a passionate influencer marketing professional to lead creator campaigns and partnerships. You will identify top creators, manage deliverables, and ensure timely execution aligned with campaign goals.

In this role, you will strengthen relationships with creators and internal teams, troubleshoot issues, and help produce reports with insights to drive continuous improvement in our campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in digital marketing or advertising.
• Proven experience in influencer marketing and familiarity with the local creator landscape.
• Strong background in creator campaign management, including understanding of deliverables, objectives, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recommend top creators for campaigns based on audience fit and business trends.
• Build relationships with creators through pitches and ongoing management.
• Troubleshoot challenges with creators, talent managers, and agency partners to ensure smooth campaigns.
• Support IPEs and PCs by delegating tasks to balance workload.
• Participate in cross-departmental meetings to foster collaboration.
• Assist in preparing reports with key learnings and actionable insights for team improvement.
