• A portfolio of creator collaborations with measurable results.
• Existing creator relationships you can name and discuss.
• Strong negotiation and disciplined budget management.
• Native-level English with warm, relationship-first communication.
• Ability to identify fake followers and inflated engagement.
• Dependable, precise, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Find and vet relevant creators globally, including VA and work-from-home creators in the Philippines.
• Carry out relationship-first outreach, forming genuine rapport before collaboration requests.
• Negotiate collaborations end-to-end— briefs, deliverables, timelines, and disclosure compliance.
• Audit real engagement vs. inflated metrics to guard the budget.
• Shape content to suit each creator's authentic voice, not just paid placements.
• Manage collaboration budgets with disciplined cost-per-acquisition thinking.
• Track and report reach, engagement, sentiment, referrals, and leads.
• Form and nurture long-term relationships with a growing roster of creators.
