Strong negotiation skills and disciplined budget management.

Proven ability to spot fake followers and inflated engagement.

Responsibilities

Identify and vet relevant creators globally, plus Philippine-based VA/remote-work creators.
Run outreach with relationship-first approach before collaboration requests.
Negotiate end-to-end collaborations including briefs and timelines.
Audit engagement authenticity to protect the budget.
Shape content to fit each creator's authentic voice, not a scripted ad.
Manage collaboration budgets with clear cost-per-acquisition thinking.
Track reach, engagement, sentiment, referrals, and leads.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with a growing creator roster.
