Job summary

Essor is seeking an autonomous Influencer Marketing Senior Specialist to build and own the creator channel across ZitSticka, Tree of Life, and Rockin Green. You will source, negotiate, and manage partnerships, and turn content into measurable revenue.

This hands-on role requires finding the right creators, building relationships, and owning strategy, pipeline, and day-to-day execution with cross-functional partners. Experience with discovery platforms and barter/gifting excellence is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
• Hands-on experience with discovery platforms such as Upfluence, Grin or CreatorIQ.
• Proven track record closing barter and gifting collaborations.
• Strong written and verbal English; experience with US-based creators is a plus.
• Ability to manage budgets and coordinate with brand managers and performance teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the creator network across ZitSticka, Tree of Life, and Rockin Green.
• Source, negotiate, and onboard creators; manage affiliate and gifting programs.
• Turn creator content into scalable revenue across Amazon PDP, DTC, and social.
• Oversee monthly sourcing cadence and creator briefs with cross-functional partners.
• Edit and adapt content for multi‑channel use (CapCut, InShot) and maintain a creator database.
