Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or community development.
• Proven success in talent acquisition and creator relationship management.
• Strong understanding of platform trends (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram).

Responsibilities

• Source creators across verticals and platforms for campaigns.
• Recommend talent based on client objectives and market trends.
• Maintain a structured creator roster with tagging for matchmaking.
• Prepare casting decks, briefs, and creator proposals.
• Manage creator tiering, rotation, and casting diversity.
• Track creator performance and integrate learnings into strategy.
• Design engagement programs to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Build a creator community through digital and offline programs.
• Identify and grow underrepresented creator communities.
• Mentor a team of Executives and Senior Executives.
