Job summary

Essor is seeking a highly autonomous Influencer Marketing Senior Specialist to build and own our creator network across ZitSticka, Tree of Life, and Rockin' Green across Amazon US, DTC, and social commerce. You will source creators, negotiate partnerships, manage affiliate and gifting programs, and turn creator content into a scalable growth engine for our consumables brands.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management.
• Experience with at least one discovery platform (Upfluence, Grin, CreatorIQ).
• Proven track record closing barter and gifting collaborations.
• Knowledge of TikTok, TikTok Shop, Instagram, Facebook creator ecosystems.
• Ability to manage multiple brand voices in parallel.
• Strong written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Own the creator pipeline across all Consumable brands.
• Run tiered shortlisting cadences and handle outreach and close.
• Maintain a live creator database and track performance.
• Write creator briefs and adapt per influencer category.
• Coordinate sample-to-content pipeline and usage-rights tracker.
• Edit/adapt creator content for reuse and quick-turn social content.
• Keep a tagged library shared with design and performance teams.
• Track affiliate performance weekly and report insights.
