You'll collaborate with the Marketing Manager, manage multiple projects, and drive production-ready assets for campaigns, events, and social media, while upholding brand guidelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, advertising, or related creative role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and marketing-related creative work.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or equivalent tools.
  • Good understanding of branding, layout, typography, color theory, and visual communication.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing content requirements.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts and visual materials for marketing campaigns, promotions, events, social media, websites, and other communication channels.
  • Design digital and print assets including social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, posters, presentations, flyers, email creatives, and promotional materials.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and other teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective visual concepts.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials, ensuring correct use of logos, colors, typography, imagery, and brand guidelines.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns from concept development through final artwork and publication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, printers, photographers, vendors, and other creative partners when required.
  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Prepare artwork and production-ready files for digital and print applications.
  • Assist with social media content planning and provide creative direction for visual content.
  • Monitor current design, advertising, and social media trends and recommend relevant creative approaches.
  • Review creative materials for accuracy, quality, spelling, formatting, and brand compliance before release.
  • Organize and maintain the marketing team's digital asset library and source files.
  • Provide support for marketing presentations, events, launches, activations, and other promotional activities.
  • Contribute creative ideas that support customer engagement, brand awareness, and marketing objectives.
