OUTCOMM INC. is seeking a Creatives Manager to oversee the strategic direction of creative projects, lead a team of designers and creatives, and uphold art direction excellence.

You will mentor staff, translate briefs into campaigns, ensure brand-aligned outputs, and present concepts to clients while driving productivity and modern workflows.

This role requires strong leadership, collaboration with account managers and strategists, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a creative team of designers and art directors to foster excellence and innovation.
• Oversee conceptualisation, design and execution of creative campaigns across multiple mediums and platforms.
• Establish and maintain creative standards, ensuring all deliverables align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Collaborate with account managers, strategists and clients to translate briefs into compelling creative solutions.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on creative work, ensuring quality control and consistency across all projects.
• Manage creative timelines, budgets and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in art direction and creative design.
• Present creative concepts and final deliverables to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of creative processes, templates and workflows that enhance team productivity.
