LCC - Liberty Commercial Center Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager - Creative Services to lead the Graphic Artists/Creative Team and drive marketing material development for campaigns, promotions, events, and in-store activities.
The role ensures all outputs align with brand standards, campaign objectives, and timelines, coordinating with Marketing, Merchandising, and Store Operations to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
The Assistant Manager - Creative Services is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of creative materials that support the department store’s marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and in-store activities. The role supervises graphic artists and ensures that all creative outputs are aligned with the company’s brand standards, campaign objectives, and timelines.
Lead and supervise the Graphic Artists/Creative Team in developing marketing and promotional materials.
Plan and coordinate creative requirements for sales promotions, seasonal campaigns, events, and store activities.
Review and approve layouts, designs, artworks, signage, posters, banners, digital materials, and other creative outputs.
Ensure that all materials follow the company’s branding, visual identity, and quality standards.
Coordinate with Marketing, Merchandising, Store Operations, and other departments regarding creative requirements.
Manage creative project timelines and ensure materials are completed and released on schedule.
Provide creative direction and feedback to graphic artists to improve the quality and effectiveness of designs.
Coordinate with external suppliers, printers, and other creative service providers when needed.
Monitor the production of printed and promotional materials and ensure accuracy before release.
Help develop creative concepts for in-store displays, promotional campaigns, social media, and other customer-facing materials.
Maintain organized files of artwork, templates, brand assets, and other creative resources.
Assist the Manager in developing creative strategies and improving the department’s workflow and processes.
Perform other related duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, creative services, advertising, marketing, or visual communications.
Preferably with experience in retail, department store, mall, FMCG, or other consumer-facing industries.
Experience in team supervision or project coordination is an advantage.
Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent tools.
Knowledge of digital content creation and social media materials is an advantage.
Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, color, and visual communication.
Good project management, communication, and coordination skills.
Creative, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
