• 6 months to 1 year of multimedia design experience (internship or freelance included)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Firefly
• Basic to intermediate 3D skills (Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar); willing to grow in 3D
• Strong portfolio of graphic design, illustrations, and 3D mockups/renderings
• Highly creative with strong visual storytelling, layout, and detail orientation
• Accountability, time management, and ability to learn in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset; receptive to feedback

Responsibilities

About the role

The Multimedia Artist is responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually compelling, brand-consistent digital and static creatives across multiple formats for five international FMCG brands. This role combines advanced skills in graphic design, 3D rendering, and illustration to bring brand narratives to life across digital, social, e-commerce, and marketing platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create static and animated graphics, digital ads, and e-commerce visuals that align with brand guidelines for all five FMCG brands
• Develop high-quality 3D renderings and product visualizations for packaging, digital assets, and campaign materials
• Produce original illustrations and vector artworks for storytelling, promotional content, and branding use
• Render photorealistic mockups, animation loops, and turntable videos for products and promotional materials
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to simulate consumer experiences using 3D visuals and environmental mockups
• Work closely with e-commerce, digital marketing, and brand teams to interpret creative briefs and deliver assets aligned with timelines
• Participate and contribute in brainstorming sessions (weekly team huddles, quarterly campaign planning, annual marcom planning, occasional pitches with brand principals, and brand workshops)
• Maintain an organized design archive and asset library (PSD, AI, OBJ, MP4, GLB files)
• Adapt and resize master files for different platforms (e.g., TikTok, Lazada, Shopee, digital banners)
• Stay updated with global design trends, visual storytelling techniques, and platform-specific creative formats

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Animation, or any related creative discipline
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in multimedia design, digital content creation, or brand support, internship or freelance experience included
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Firefly
• Basic to intermediate skills in 3D software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, or equivalent); willing to grow 3D capability further
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, original illustrations, and 3D mockups or renderings, even from school projects or freelance work
• Highly creative with an eye for detail, layout, and storytelling through visuals
• Strong sense of accountability, time management, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset—able to take feedback and apply revisions effectively
• Familiar with project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion)
