Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience producing content and ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok.
• Practical experience with Mailchimp or a comparable email marketing platform.
• Strong video editing ability for short-form and promotional content.
• Proficiency in Photoshop or a similar image editing tool.
• A strong creative eye and the confidence to generate and pitch original ideas independently.
• Dependable, precise, and able to work with minimal oversight.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Build and schedule Mailchimp email campaigns weekly.
• Design social media ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
• Produce short-form content including Reels and TikTok videos.
• Cut promotional videos and short product clips for website and social channels.
• Assess ad and campaign performance and report with recommendations.
• Pitch creative concepts, campaign themes, and content ideas proactively.
• Retouch, crop, and optimize images for campaigns and web use.
• Collaborate with the creative director on direction and approvals.
