Job summary

VA Masters, a well-established jewelry brand, is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media & Video Content VA to lead the creative side of our digital marketing. The role covers email campaigns, social media ad creatives, short-form video editing, and content creation from a professionally shot seasonal image library.

We want someone with strong creative instincts who brings ideas to the table, not someone who waits to be told what to make.

Qualifications

Proven ability to create content and ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
Hands-on experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platform.
Strong video editing skills for short-form and promotional content.
Proficiency in Photoshop or comparable image editing tool.
Ability to generate and pitch original ideas independently.
Reliability, detail-oriented, and ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

Create and schedule Mailchimp email campaigns (2+ per week) and plan campaigns up to a month in advance.
Design social media ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest using seasonal image library.
Create engaging short-form content, including Reels and TikTok videos.
Edit promotional videos and short product clips for the website and social channels.
Review ad and campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations.
Proactively pitch creative concepts, campaign themes, and content ideas.
Retouch, crop, and optimize images for campaigns and web use.
Collaborate with the creative director for direction, feedback, and final approval.
