VA Masters is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media & Video Content VA to lead the creative side of our digital marketing for our jewelry brand. The role covers email campaigns, social media ad creatives, short-form video editing, and content creation from a professionally shot seasonal image library.

We want someone with strong instincts who brings ideas to the table and isn’t waiting for instructions.

Qualifications

• .Experience creating content and ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Hands-on experience with Mailchimp or a similar email marketing platform.
• Strong video editing skills for short-form and promotional content.
• Proficiency in Photoshop or a comparable image editing tool.
• A strong creative eye with the confidence to generate and pitch original ideas independently.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule at least two Mailchimp email campaigns per week, planning up to a month of campaigns in advance.
• Design social media ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest using our seasonal image library.
• Create engaging short-form content, including Reels and TikTok videos.
• Edit promotional videos and short product clips for the website and social channels.
• Review ad and campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Proactively pitch creative concepts, campaign themes, and content ideas.
• Retouch, crop, and optimize images for campaigns and web use.
• Collaborate closely with the creative director for direction, feedback, and final approval.
