Job summary

VA Masters, a well-established jewelry brand, is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media & Video Content VA to lead the creative side of our digital marketing. You will work on email campaigns, social ad creatives, short-form video editing, and content drawn from a professionally shot seasonal image library.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating content and ads for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Hands-on Mailchimp or similar email marketing platform experience.
• Strong video editing skills for short-form and promotional content.
• Proficiency in Photoshop or similar image editing tool.
• A strong creative eye with the confidence to work up and pitch original ideas under your own steam.
• Dependable, precise, and able to work under little supervision.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule at least two Mailchimp email campaigns weekly.
• Design social media ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest from our seasonal image library.
• Produce engaging short-form content, Reels and TikTok videos included.
• Cut promotional videos and short product clips for the website and social channels.
• Go over ad and campaign performance and put together reports with recommendations.
• Pitch creative concepts, campaign themes, and content ideas proactively.
• Retouch, crop, and sharpen images for campaigns and web use.
• Work closely with the creative director on direction, feedback, and final approval.
