VA Masters in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned Social Media Manager and Content Editor to own our social presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You will blend hands-on video editing with content strategy, posting, community engagement, and paid promotion.

You have a proven track record of growing accounts, can demonstrate results, and will build a content calendar, run campaigns, and outreach to local creators and partners.

Qualifications

• Proven record of growing social media accounts with measurable results.
• Strong video editing ability for short-form content (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
• Experience running Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn business accounts.
• Ability to conduct competitor research and translate findings into content decisions.
• Proactive outreach to build connections and partnerships.
• Experience creating and managing content calendars.
• Knowledge of paid social advertising and post boosting.
• Ability to present a social media strategy independently.
• Strong copywriting for captions and outreach messages.
• Reliable, precise, and able to work with minimal supervision in English.

Responsibilities

• Cut raw video footage into polished short-form content for Reels, Stories, and TikToks.
• Build and run a content calendar with 4-5 posts per week across platforms.
• Post content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn with captions and hashtags.
• Develop and present a clear social media plan with growth targets and tactics.
• Research competitors and track formats, hooks, posting frequency, and engagement.
• Summarize findings with actionable recommendations for our content.
• Engage audiences, local accounts, and potential partners through proactive outreach.
• Identify creators and local businesses for cross-promotion opportunities.
• Respond to comments and DMs promptly to manage community.
• Configure automation for DMs/follow-ups based on activity.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid promotion campaigns.
• Expand presence to underactive platforms and measure outcomes.
• Report on follower growth, reach, outreach results, and leads.
• Propose new content ideas and strategies based on trends.
