Job summary

You will create, repurpose content and engage with audiences to convert engagement into sales.

You'll research fashion events and partnership opportunities, manage outreach, and support calendar management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong skills in content repurposing and creative visual storytelling.
• Experience with lead generation, prospecting, and cold calling.
• Comfortable using communication tools such as Microsoft Teams.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule engaging content (shorts, reels, posts) across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Repurpose raw materials and photos into fresh, creative social media content
• Manage community engagement and respond to inquiries from potential customers
• Research niche markets, fashion events, and potential retail or artist partnerships
• Identify and compile lists of sales prospects and outreach opportunities
• Conduct cold calling to convert researched leads into sales conversations
• Assist with calendar management and scheduling
• Monitor social media trends and recommend strategies to increase followers and engagement
• Support lead generation and nurture efforts to drive sales growth
