Job summary

LCC - Liberty Commercial Center Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager - Creative Services to lead the Graphic Artists/Creative Team and drive marketing material development for campaigns, promotions, events, and in-store activities.

The role ensures all outputs align with brand standards, campaign objectives, and timelines, coordinating with Marketing, Merchandising, and Store Operations to meet deadlines and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, creative services, or visual communications.
• Experience in retail or consumer-facing industries is preferred, with team supervision or project coordination as a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Graphic Artists/Creative Team in developing marketing and promotional materials.
• Plan and coordinate creative requirements for sales promotions, seasonal campaigns, events, and store activities.
• Review and approve layouts, designs, artworks, signage, posters, banners, digital materials, and other outputs.
• Ensure all materials follow branding, visual identity, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Merchandising, Store Operations, and other departments on creative needs.
• Manage creative project timelines to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Provide direction and feedback to graphic artists to improve design quality and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with external suppliers, printers, and other creative service providers when needed.
• Monitor production of printed and promotional materials and ensure accuracy before release.
• Assist in developing creative concepts for in-store displays, campaigns, social media, and customer-facing materials.
• Maintain organized asset libraries and templates for branding.
• Assist the Manager in improving workflows and processes.
