Job Summary:
The Creative Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing the development and execution of creative projects, ensuring that all visual and marketing materials align with the company's brand standards, objectives, and strategic goals. This role manages the creative team, provides direction and feedback on design concepts, and collaborates with cross-functional departments to deliver high-quality creative outputs on time.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor graphic designers, and other creative team members.
Develop and review creative concepts, designs, and marketing materials.
Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline marketing channels.
Manage project timelines, workflows, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, retail, and external partners to achieve campaign objectives.
Conduct quality control and approve final creative deliverables.
Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and consumer insights.
Present creative ideas and recommendations to management.
Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Marketing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience in creative design, marketing, or advertising, with leadership experience preferred.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, creative services, advertising, marketing, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience managing designers, content creators, or creative personnel.
Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, retail, social media, events, and print materials.
