Job summary

Tavor Perry is seeking a creative Social Media & Video Content VA to lead the creative side of our digital marketing. The role covers email campaigns, social ad creatives, and short-form video editing using our seasonal image library.

You will pitch concepts, craft content for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok, retouch images, and report on ad performance, while working closely with our creative director to receive direction and timely approvals.

Qualifications

Proven experience creating content and ad creatives for social platforms (IG, FB, Pinterest, TikTok).
Hands-on with Mailchimp or similar email marketing tool.
Strong video editing skills for short-form content.
Proficiency in Photoshop or equivalent image editor.
Ability to generate and pitch original ideas independently.
Reliable, self-motivated and able to work without supervision.
Strong communication and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

Build and schedule at least two Mailchimp email campaigns each week, planning up to a month ahead.
Design social media ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest using the seasonal image library.
Produce engaging short-form content, including Reels and TikTok videos.
Edit promotional videos and short product clips for the website and social channels.
Evaluate ad and campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations.
Pitch creative concepts, campaign themes, and content ideas proactively.
Retouch, crop, and optimize images for campaigns and web use.
Work closely with the creative director on direction, feedback, and final approval.
