Qualifications

• Proven experience creating content and ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Hands-on experience with Mailchimp or a similar email marketing platform.
• Strong video editing skills for short-form and promotional content.
• Proficiency in Photoshop or a comparable image editing tool.
• A strong creative eye with the confidence to generate and pitch original ideas independently.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule at least two Mailchimp email campaigns per week, planning up to a month of campaigns in advance
• Design social media ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest using our seasonal image library
• Create engaging short-form content, including Reels and TikTok videos
• Edit promotional videos and short product clips for the website and social channels
• Review ad and campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations
• Proactively pitch creative concepts, campaign themes, and content ideas
• Retouch, crop, and optimize images for campaigns and web use
• Collaborate closely with the creative director for direction, feedback, and final approval
