Job summary

vamasters, Inc. is seeking a creative Social Media & Video Content VA to lead the digital marketing creative, spanning email campaigns, social ad creatives, and short-form video editing.

You will collaborate with the creative director, build Mailchimp campaigns, design for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest, and produce engaging Reels and TikTok clips.

A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong storytelling and feedback skills will help shape our jewelry brand’s online presence.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content and ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok.
• Hands-on Mailchimp experience or similar email platform.
• Strong video editing for short-form and promotional content.
• Proficiency in Photoshop or similar image editing tool.
• Creative, self-motivated and able to pitch ideas independently.
• Detail-oriented with good communication and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Build and schedule Mailchimp email campaigns weekly, planning campaigns up to a month ahead.
• Design social media ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest using seasonal image library.
• Produce engaging short-form content, including Reels and TikTok videos.
• Edit promotional videos and short product clips for website and social channels.
• Review ad and campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Proactively pitch creative concepts, campaign themes, and content ideas.
• Retouch, crop, and optimize images for campaigns and web use.
• Work closely with the creative director on direction, feedback, and final approval.
