Tavor Perry is seeking a creative and dependable Social Media and Marketing Virtual Assistant to build our brand's social presence from the ground up. You will turn content ideas into engaging short-form videos and posts, publish them consistently, and nurture an online community with a health and wellness focus.

Ideal candidates have experience with short-form video creation, Canva/CapCut, and managing business social accounts.

Qualifications

Proven experience creating short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
Proficiency with design and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar.
Experience managing and posting to business social media accounts.
Strong visual sense for layout, color, and brand consistency.
Excellent written English for captions and audience replies.
Ability to follow a creative brief and turn ideas into finished content.
Attentive, conscientious, and independent.
Strong communication skills and responsiveness to feedback.

Responsibilities

Create short-form videos, reels, and graphic posts from the content direction and ideas provided.
Edit raw photos and videos into polished, on-brand social media content.
Design thumbnails, cover images, and visual assets that suit our brand style.
Schedule and publish content consistently on our social media platforms.
Write clear, engaging captions and relevant hashtags for each post.
Monitor and reply to comments and messages to build community engagement.
Help organize incoming inquiries and leads from social media and the website.
Track basic content performance and suggest ways to grow reach.
Maintain an organized content calendar and a library of published assets.
