Job summary

CloudPay Asia is seeking a Learning and Employee Experience Designer to craft engaging communications, learning solutions, and engagement programs that connect employees with business priorities. You will design content across e-learning, videos, infographics, and campaigns while aligning with brand standards.

You will partner with the Internal Communications Manager to deliver impactful programs, gather feedback, and measure effectiveness to continuously improve the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Strong visual design skills with ability to produce engaging content.
• Experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or learning design.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging learning content including e-learning, guides, videos, and infographics.
• Create compelling internal communications and engagement campaigns.
• Partner with SMEs to translate complex content into accessible learning.
• Support measurement of communication effectiveness using engagement metrics.
• Manage multiple design projects with stakeholders across the business.
• Ensure content aligns with brand and accessibility standards.
