Job summary

CloudPay Asia is seeking a Learning and Employee Experience Designer to craft engaging communications, learning solutions, and engagement programs that connect employees with business priorities. You will design content across e-learning, videos, infographics, and campaigns while aligning with brand standards.

You will partner with the Internal Communications Manager to deliver impactful programs, gather feedback, and measure effectiveness to continuously improve the employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging learning content including e-learning, guides, videos, and infographics.

• Support measurement of communication effectiveness using engagement metrics.
• Manage multiple design projects with stakeholders across the business.

What makes this role exciting

The Learning and Employee Experience Designer plays a key role in creating engaging communication experiences, learning solutions, and employee engagement initiatives that inform, inspire, and connect employees. Combining expertise in creative design, storytelling, and instructional design, this role develops impactful campaigns, learning content, and engagement programmes that support business priorities, strengthen organisational culture, and enhance the overall employee experience.

Working closely with the Internal Communications Manager, the role supports the delivery of internal communications and engagement activities, helping to ensure employees are informed, connected, and engaged. The role also provides continuity of communications and engagement activity when required and contributes to the successful delivery of organisation-wide initiatives.

Main responsibilities

Creative Design & Content Production

• Design visually engaging communication and learning assets using a range of creative tools.
• Produce presentations, infographics, videos, animations, digital content, and campaign materials.
• Ensure all content aligns to organisational brand standards and accessibility requirements.
• Identify innovative communication and learning approaches that improve employee understanding and participation.

Internal Communications & Engagement

• Support employee engagement, culture, wellbeing, recognition, diversity and inclusion initiatives through effective communications.
• Support leadership communications, employee events, and organisational change initiatives.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations to enhance learning, communication effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Gather employee feedback and insights to inform communication and engagement activities.
• Support the administration and optimisation of internal communication channels, ensuring content remains relevant, engaging, and accessible.
• Assist with measuring communication effectiveness using engagement metrics, feedback, and employee insights to drive continuous improvement.

Learning Design & Knowledge Development

• Design and develop engaging learning experiences that support organisational capability and employee development.
• Create learning materials including e-learning modules, facilitator guides, toolkits, videos, infographics, and interactive resources.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to ensure learning solutions are effective and accessible.
• Partner with subject matter experts to translate complex content into engaging learning experiences.

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Manage multiple design and content projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and provide expert guidance on learning and communication best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with strategic priorities and business objectives.
• Support the development of communication and learning plans for key business initiatives.

*This role follows hybrid working arrangement with 4x/month RTO in Makati. Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 3PM to 12MN.

Experience needed for this role

Essential

• Strong visual design skills and proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Articulate 360, Rise, or similar platforms.
• Experience in internal communications, employee engagement, learning design, employee experience, or a related field.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
• Experience creating video, animation, multimedia, or interactive learning content.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to translate complex information into engaging, employee-focused communications and learning experiences.

Desirable

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
• Experience using employee communication platforms such as SharePoint, Viva Engage, Staffbase, or similar intranet solutions.
• Experience supporting organisational change, transformation, or culture initiatives.
• Experience / knowledge with operating using Monday.com (or a similar project management tool)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global team environment.
