Job summary

Curio Group in the Philippines seeks an Associate Learning Designer to support the design and development of effective learning resources across client projects.

Reporting to the Learning Designer Team Lead, you will collaborate with learning designers, eLearning developers and subject-matter experts to create learner-centered experiences and high-quality student materials, while adapting to various client requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with experience working in the education sector.
• Experience designing human-centred learning experiences applying learning theories and pedagogy.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptive, innovative thinking using a design approach.
• Experience with digital education technologies in curriculum design, including LMS, AV and interactive media.
• Initiative and autonomy with a learning-focused mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for staff, students and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of effective learning resources, activities and assessments.
• Co-design and create innovative learning experiences with internal staff.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to align with client requirements.
• Work independently or in distributed teams using collaboration and project tools.
• Write high-quality student-facing materials aligned to qualification frameworks.
• Communicate effectively with client stakeholders and Curio colleagues.
