Qualifications
- Licensed mechanical or electrical engineer with leadership experience.
- Experience in maintenance and repair of heavy equipment or industrial assets.
- Background in ports, terminals, shipyards, mining, steel, manufacturing, or power generation.
- Strong troubleshooting, maintenance planning, and root cause analysis.
- Willing to work in a shifting, 24/7 operations environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance and repair activities for port and crane equipment.
- Ensure completion of preventive maintenance programs and work orders.
- Monitor technician performance and compliance with standards.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support.
- Act as shift manager in the absence of senior leadership.
- Record maintenance activities and downtime data in maintenance systems.
