Job summary

Remote Raven is seeking a CPA-qualified accounting and administrative professional to support our Arizona-focused lender. The role combines QuickBooks Online reconciliations with executive and operational support for principals.

You will prepare investor spreadsheets, manage document packages, and assist with reporting and compliance. This full-time, remote hybrid position requires staying aligned to Arizona business hours year-round.

Qualifications

• CPA designation is required and licensure verified.
• Proficient with QuickBooks Online.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong written communication and investor correspondence.
• Able to manage multiple tasks across accounting and admin roles.
• Discreet handling of confidential financial information.
• Willingness to work Arizona business hours (MST) year-round.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update investor spreadsheets with accuracy.
• Coordinate investor document packages and correspondence.
• Manage address updates, mailing instructions, and investor requests.
• Assist with new loan file setup, data entry, and document organization.
• Send document packages electronically and track responses.
• Coordinate with title and escrow on routine requests.
• Enter transactions, deposits, and reconciliations in QuickBooks.
• Pull internal reports and support decision-making.
• Track investor interest payments and flag discrepancies.
• Assist with 1099 preparation and year-end data compilation.
• Coordinate with external CPA as needed.
• Manage calendars and schedule calls for principals.
• Triage email and draft routine responses.
• Travel planning support on limited basis and arrange logistics.
