Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
• Active CPA license required
• 1–4 years of progressive experience in general accounting, tax reporting, and financial control
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software/ERP systems (QuickBooks, SAP, Xero)

Aufgaben

• Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and manage month-end and year-end closing processes
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow) in compliance with local accounting standards
• Prepare, file, and ensure timely remittal of statutory requirements (BIR taxes, quarterly/annual returns, SEC filings, and local government compliance)
• Oversee vendor payments, monitor collection schedules, and maintain audit-ready financial documentation
• Monitor daily cash positions, perform bank reconciliations, and assist with budget variance analysis
• Assist with internal and external audit requirements and optimize internal control procedures
