Job summary

Responsibilities include journal entries, month-end close, preparing financial statements, filing BIR taxes, SEC filings, vendor payments, cash management, audit support, and strengthening internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
• Active CPA license required
• 1–4 years of progressive experience in general accounting, tax reporting, and financial control
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software/ERP systems (QuickBooks, SAP, Xero)

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow) in compliance with local accounting standards

• Oversee vendor payments, monitor collection schedules, and maintain audit-ready financial documentation
• Monitor daily cash positions, perform bank reconciliations, and assist with budget variance analysis
