Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
• CPA license is an advantage (or required, if applicable).
• At least 1–3 years of accounting experience (depending on level).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and general ledger entries.
• Record, review, and reconcile daily transactions, including bank reconciliations.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
• Compute and file taxes (VAT, withholding taxes, and other statutory requirements).
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and government regulations.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Maintain organized accounting records and schedules.
• Coordinate with other departments on financial matters.
