Job summary

Apollo Technologies Incorporated in Makati City is seeking a detail-oriented CPA to manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and support essential reporting. Both fresh CPAs and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.

The role covers general ledger, statutory filings, AP/AR, and budgeting tasks within a full-time on-site setting. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software are advantageous for success.

Qualifications

CPA license is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field required.
Open to fresh graduates or candidates with prior work experience.
Solid understanding of Philippine tax laws and accounting standards.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee general ledger operations, monthly closing, and reconciliations.
Prepare and submit statutory compliance requirements (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
Process accounts payable and receivable, expense reports, and client billing.
Assist in preparation of financial statements, management reports, and annual budget planning.
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for financial reviews.
