Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Finance Supervisor to lead the organization’s financial operations across local and international operations. The role partners with executive leadership to drive financial reporting, profitability analysis, cash flow management, and internal controls in a fast-paced BPO/shared services environment.

The ideal candidate holds an active CPA license, with 5+ years in finance and at least 2 years in supervision within a BPO/SS/IT-BPM setting and is proficient in PEZA/BOI

Qualifications

• Active CPA license is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of finance and accounting experience, with 2+ years in supervisory capacity within a BPO/Shared Services/IT-BPM organization.
• Technical exposure to PEZA/BOI tax regulations, transfer pricing, US GAAP/IFRS, and multi-currency accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes with timely, accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) per IFRS/US GAAP.
• Oversee AP/AR, fixed assets, payroll accounting, and GL reconciliation; manage internal controls and statutory compliance.
• Drive FP&A activities—budgeting, re-forecasting, and long-term planning; partner with Ops and Account teams on KPIs.
