• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements for all group entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards like PFRS.


• Financial Operations: Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all deadlines are met and accuracy is maintained.


• Compliance: Ensure full compliance with tax regulations and lead responses to tax audits, such as those from the BIR.


• Internal Controls: Strengthen internal controls and audit management processes.
